| Dear Customer, due to the continuing and extended piracy threat between the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean we are forced to increase the "Piracy Surcharge" on the trade Europe/Indian Ocean only to EURO 50/TEU which will be in application as from the February 1st, 2010.
