Low Water Surcharge for Montreal

Dear Customer,

Due to the water levels of the St.Lawrence river having dropped below historic lows, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company
wishes to advise clients of a Low Water Surcharge to be implemented on all cargo from North Europe / Baltic / UK areas to Canada and the Midwest via Montreal,
effective as of August 01, 2010 as follows :

USD 100/20'
USD 150/40'

This surcharge will be applied on top of any current rate agreement & tariff en force.

Please be guided accordingly
