PSS Announcement from NWC and Med to Australia & New Zealand

MSC wishes to advise clients that, in vieuw of the current and projected vessels' space availability, we are compelled to apply a PSS
from Nwc and Med to Australia and New Zealand as of June 15th, 2010.

The PSS to be used is USD 100/TEU

The first Vessels where the new PSS will be applied to are:

Ex Antwerp 13/June MSC Clara 09 a or substitute vessel

Ex Valencia 16 /June Msc Maya 95 a or substitute vessel
