MSC BELGIUM - UPDATE LOCAL CHARGES

Dear Customer,

Please find herewith our tariff (export & import) valid as from 01/01/2010 for additional services rendered by MSC Belgium.We draw your special attention to item “Imo declaration HKD by MSC BE”.

As from 01/01/2010 Belgian Law (through harbourmaster) imposes that IMO declaration only be handled/done by specialised/qualified staff which received necessary training and obtained certificate of compliance.

MSC Belgium invested in this obligatory project and employs this specialised staff. We will be handling your IMO declaration at a cost of EURO 25/container.

The following info is imperatively to be supplied 36 hrs before eta vessel at Antwerp
